Women’s Wellbeing Workshop

I’m so excited to be announcing my next aromatherapy workshop!

Where: Boconnoc House

When: Saturday 15th April, 10am to 12:30pm

 

Aromatherapy uses essential oils to naturally promote wellbeing; helping to aid sleep, boost the immune system and keep stress levels in check - to name just a few benefits. 

We will begin this workshop with an introduction to essential oils, exploring their therapeutic properties and aromas.  You’ll then be guided through making your own aromatherapy oil, which can be used as part of your self-care rituals at home.  

The Essential Oils

The theme of this calming session will be women’s wellbeing and creating our own aromatherapy blends to holistically support ourselves during the seasons of life.
