Aromatherapy Massage
Working in harmony with the senses, this treatment aims to support overall wellbeing. Organic essential oils are selected and blended to your needs and used within a relaxing holistic massage. This incorporates slow rhythmical strokes and may use other techniques such as gentle stretching and passive joint mobilisation.
Choose to focus on specific areas of tension or sooth the whole body.
60 mins / £55 Holistic Massage; intentionally target specific areas such as the upper body incorporating the shoulders, back, neck and head
75 min / £70 Full Body; includes the shoulders, back, neck, head, arms, legs and feet
90 mins / £80 Extended Full Body; additionally includes the face and tummy, if you like, or a bit more time working on troubled areas
Pregnancy Massage
Offered from the second trimester. A deeply nourishing and connective treatment for both mother and baby. Your bespoke blend of organic essential oils will be used in a restorative massage whilst in a supportive side lying position. Aromatherapy at this special time can help replenish your energies, ease discomfort within the body and invite an overall sense of relaxation.

Rejuvenating Aromatherapy Facial
Based on facial massage, this holistic treatment incorporates facial cupping, acupressure and lifting massage techniques, to leave you feeling rejuvenated.
Benefits include:
- Increased lymph flow and drainage to reduce puffiness
- Boosts skin health and circulation
- Releases tension held in the jaw, scalp, sinuses and forehead
- Deep relaxation and stress relief
This style of facial is focuses on the subtle, yet power effects of aromatherapy ingredients and gentle massage techniques to calm the mind & body, and naturally support skin health. My facials also include a soothing scalp and neck massage - do let me know if you’d prefer not to receive this.
All facial balms, mists and oils used in this treatment have been created by myself and can be purchased after your treatment if you like.

AromaReflex
AromaReflex incorporates aromatherapy with foot reflex points. Your blend of organic essential oils will be applied to your feet, gently massaging troubled reflexes, and stimulating the body’s systems to self-heal where needed.

Aromatic Indian Head Massage
A comprehensive treatment focusing on the neck, shoulders, arms, face and scalp. Depending on what feels right for you, this treatment can be carried out in a seated position or lying down, and can be tailored to be more invigorating or relaxing.
This session draws upon a range of aromatherapy ingredients such as organic essential oils, facial balms and hydrolat mists.
Treatment benefits include; releasing tension from the scalp and upper body, improving systemic and localised circulation, scalp health, respiratory congestion and helping to calm a busy mind.

Please note: Some medical conditions may require the consent of your doctor prior to treatment. Please let me know at the time of booking whether you are currently undergoing any medical treatments or investigations.
With all treatments, please allow an extra 10-15 minutes on top of your session time for consultation.

I am happy to take either cash or card payments.

Whatever you feel comfortable in! However, residual oil on the skin can sometimes leave marks on clothing so please do bare this in mind. Depending on the type of treatment you are having you will be ask to remove some items of clothing. At no point in any treatment will you be exposed or uncovered.

The Hide: Lanteague Studios, Zelah, is 3mins from the A30 and 10mins from Newquay. Head to The Hide entrance, and I will be in the first room on the right (room 1).
The Bodhi Practice: Hawksfield, just outside of Wadebridge (Cornwall) on the Atlantic Highway A39. Drive or walk around to the back carpark, past Strong Adolfo’s Café. The Bodhi Practice is the small building attached to the main one, with a curved room. I will be based in one of two rooms. You will find my name on the door of the room which I am working from that day.

Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to make your treatment or would like to change, please give me as much notice as possible so we can rearrange for another time that suits you.
If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, a cancellation fee of the full price of your treatment is required.
If you are running late, please let me know as soon as you can and I will try to be flexible. If you are more than 15 mins late, the length of your treatment may be reduced, and the price will still be the same as your original appointment.
