The benefits of essential oils can be received in many ways. I love to work with them through massage, inhalation and in product formulation for use at home and on the go.

Aromatherapy can be used to support stress reduction and relaxation, sleep, a healthy pregnancy, low mood, PMS, menopause symptoms and skin conditions amongst many other issues.

Whether you’ve booked a massage treatment or are looking to have a product created for your needs, my mission is to support women naturally by working in harmony with the senses to support overall wellbeing. No two treatments are the same, as a holistic approach is taken to blending essential oils based on your present needs, looking at you as a whole person and not just your symptoms.
