5 Reasons Why You Should Try Facial Massage

The best thing I have introduced into my self-care routine this year has been facial massage.  If you can gift yourself an Aromatherapy Facial Massage or even 10 mins to do it yourself at home, you can expect to feel some of the following benefits...

1.       Stimulates circulation and blood flow - Facial massage can help brighten your complexion and support skin health by boosting the supply of fresh oxygen to skin cells, giving you that natural ‘glow’


2.       Effective application of skincare products – Massaging your face with your chosen skincare product, such as a face oil, helps to absorb it deep into the layers of skin where it can work is magic


3.       Reduces puffiness – Along with increasing blood flow, facial massage helps to support lymphatic drainage.  This can reduce puffiness, particularly around the eye area and support skin health by draining cellular waste away
